I recently joined Hallo Hallo Mall after reading a post from a Facebook friend regarding the countdown discount sale that they offer. After successfully registering, I instantly received a hundred points that can be use in shopping.   2. I'm still waiting for it. Hallo Hallo Mall emailed me last time telling me that the seller are having problems with their supplier. They are asking me if i'm still willing to wait for the order or should I just cancel the order and they will refund the payments including the points that I have used to purchase the order. I'm still giving it a shot so I said I'll still wait for it. probably next week or before the month ends the item will be shipped. I'll keep you updated to whatever will happen.     1. kahit sa fan page nila sa facebook parati nila sinisisi ang supplier nakakapang duda na lang kasi parang hindi na tutoo palpak yung mga tao sa hallohallo mall ni hindi sila makakuha ng reliable na sellers palagay ko sila lang din yang seller na nyan kunwari ibang tao para alam mo na madaming matakasan..... anyways babagsak tong hallohallo hanggat hindi sila mag tangal ng mga tao na walang silbe.... hays good luck na lang sayo sir Ryan

    2. Thank you sa paalala. First time ko pa naman na mag order online, sinubukan ko lang kung ok. Anyways, hihintayin ko na lang ung order ko kasi nakapagbayad na rin ako eh...Salamat ulit pag naging ok to magpopost ako dito or whatever outcome nitong transaction na ito para alam din ng iba.

  3. dito lang ako na nakakita ng site na dapat maging mabait ka sa customer service nila dahil pag hindi ka nila na tripan ang gagawin nila iignore na lang nila order mo at icacancel pa ang account mo puking ina yan sa sagot pa lang malalaman mo kung may pinag aralan o nagpapangap lang hays di bale senyo na yung points ko mga timawa

    1. Meron na po. Nag sosorry nga ung hallo hallo mall at ung seller dahil nadelay ung pag deliver dahil daw sa nagkaproblema ung seller dun sa supplier nya. I'm expecting the delivery today. I'll post about it when I receive the item.

    1. Try to check yong facebook account nila maraming feedback doon ng mga customer. Marami delayed orders this December ewan ko lang kung bakit marami talaga 1 month bago nila nareceive yong mga items nila. Try reading muna po ung mga post ng customers para po makapag decide tayo ng maayos kung tatangkilikin ba natin ito o hindi. Marami din naman po on time delivery. Ako kasi ung item na binili ko hindi naman urgent na need so hinantay ko po talaga. Today na po siya idedeliver nag text sa akin ung Air 21 ayon. I'll keep you updated pag dumating nga...

Well in my case i have a different story, I've ordered an Item (edifier speaker) which cost around P2500 in the mall but on their countdown sale I was able to get it at only P2100 including my 100 points. Since I'm really planning to buy a set of speaker I Bought the item last 01/15/13. I received an email regarding my order and i was informed that i need to send copy of my credit card and Valid ID. I have provided the necessary info for credit card verification in less than 24 hours. My order status was changed to Paid & Waiting Shipping as of 01/17/12. My order is in this status for 7days. After a week I have received an email that my order was cancelled due to unresponsive seller issue blah, blah, blah. They told me that I can convert the money into points that I can use for other items but i refused as I want a full refund so a credit reversal was filed as of 01/25/13 that should be completed in 15 banking days according to them. Unfortunately as of today 04/03/13 I dont see this reversal on my credit card. It's almost 3 mos since i made this order but still hallo hallo mall failed to address my concern. I have tried to email them countless times but they just keep on telling me that they already forwarded the concern to the billing dept for review. They gave me a phone# 702-6000 loc. 58186 702-6000 loc. 58524 to inquire about my refund and i found out that it's BDO customer service. My thinking is that they use BDO to process their online transactions. I spoke with a person named Raine and she verified the transaction made on 01/15/13 but she told me that they never receive any request of credit reversal on the said transaction. Raine dont have a phone# for hallo hallo mall. I'm trying to contact hallo hallo mall @ (632) 478 4444 since the day my order was cancelled but no one is answering the phone and much of the time the line is unreachable for some unknown reason.

    Their countdown sale is tempting but no one will sell an Item for P0.00. The first time I saw their website there is an item IPAD MINI that was sold for only $6665 and I was convinced that i should try my luck. But if you will visit their website everyday believe me, that IPAD MINI is still there until now including the other items that was sold at a very low price. It's just their marketing strategy to get more and more people believe them. It's up to you guys if you will trust them but for me, NEVER AGAIN.

    1. Kaya nga puro complaints na sa kanila ngayon...After the third item that i've ordered hindi na ako ulit kumuha pa sa kanila. Although delay delivery issues lang ang naencounter ko parang nakakatakot na rin mag risk ng pera sa kanila lalo pat puro cash payment ako...hays ano kaya nangyayari sa kanila?

  11. disappointed tlga aq sa nangyri skin...tuwang tuwa pa nmn aq na nabili ko ung gusto ko sa halohalomall tpos sabi successful yun pla check ko sa email ko cancelled ung transaction...halos binagsakan aq ng sama ng loob...inabangan ko pa nmn na darating ngyng araw ung nabili ko tpos wala pla darating ntakot aq at kinabahan kya tumawag aq sa creditcard...tpos cnbi na nakalista ung binili ko...nagalit tlga aq...takot na takot aq maloko yun pla naluko na aq...e firstym ko pa nmn sa lahat...kya nalulungkot tlga aq...nagtiwala ka,tpos sasaktan kalng sa nangyri...nalulungkot tlga aq..='(...

    1. Naku! Ang sama naman ng nangyari sayo. Ako nung first time ko din nagtry sa kanila natatakot din ako na baka maloko din ako. Tapos sinubukan ko pero yong mura lang para incase man na may mangyaring masama eh maliit lang mawawala. Ayon delayed lang pero ok naman natanggap ko naman lahat ng inorder ko eh...Naka 3 times din ako na nakabili sa kanila wala ako naging problema dumating naman lahat. Try nyo mag reklamo kung saan man pwede mag reklamo para maayos yong service nila. Tsaka para mabawi nyo din pera nyo...Sayang naman...

  12. hi. i am a merchant of hallohallomall and i am also one of their customers. i think ang nagiging main problem is nasa merchant lalo na sa countdown. lets admit it. minsan may items na too good to be true ang price so feeling ko sinasabi nila na walang stocks blah blah. minsan ko ng nasubukan mag purchase ng phablet from countdown. original price is 14 to 15k, i.got it 9k. as expected, cancelled kasi masyadong lugi ang merchant. pero ok lang in my case kasi cod ako and points lang. never ako ng labas ng pera ng wala sa kamay ko item ko. so if you want to make sure of your purchases better cod kayo or just use your points. regarding sa december deliveries mahirap po talaga ang shipment kapag december. i am also an online seller so nakaka experience ako nyan. sa dami po ng nagpapaship ng peak season mahirap po talaga. basta po mahalaga makausap nyo yung merchant sa wall nila.

  13. one more thing demand for a tracking no. ng items nyo para mamonitor nyo nasan na. minsan rin naman kasi wala s merchant yung problem. minsan nasa courier at minsan naiwawala nila yung package. so coordinate na lang in a calm way with merchants sakaling magka problem sa package.

    1. May problem din po sa ibang merchants eh. Like what I've encountered before. Hindi po sila nag rerespond sa messages ko sa kanila. Ilang beses po un and it was in a nice way pero ni isa wala pong feedback. So nag antay na lang ako. Tapos ang nag respond sa akin one time eh taga hallohallomall sabi makikipag coordinate sila sa merchant. Tapos after sometime may reply si hallohallomall staff telling me na delay nga daw ung delivery kasi walang stock. Basta everytime I try to coordinate with them wala talagang respond. So wala akong magagawa kundi mag antay. Ayoko naman i-cancel kasi sayang effort sa pagbabayad ng napakatagal sa bangko hehehe

Pwede rin before you order tanong ka muna sa wall ng merchant para sure ka. actually alam ng hallohallo yung tracking number ng order mo. kasi before ma change into shipped yung status ng item kailangan ilagay ng merchant yung tracking number. mandatory yun. may kilala ka ba na ibang merchants? actually kailangan ko silang makausap eh.. kailangan ko makakuha ng more feedbacks sa hallohallo para makapag decide ako kung tutuloy pa ba ako as merchant nila

  15. I got the corn kerneler today after 7days (w/in Manila delivery, item came from Manila as well) and it doesn't look like it's brand new! It appears to be an item that was already used and placed in a crumpled box with lots of tape to make it appear like brand new. Oh well, maybe that's how it was supposed to be since all of my points was used to purchase the said item.. Don't know if I should be happy or not.. After so many reviews and inquiry made on the sellers shop, none of it was posted. They never really allowed to post a poor review so that they will all look good. I'm starting to think that this site is really a scam!!!!
